Scope These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded through the website Junglebox.fr, between Junglebox and its customers.

Products The products offered for sale are those listed on the Junglebox.fr website, within the limits of available stocks. Product photographs are provided for informational purposes and are not contractual.

Prices Product prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are additional and indicated during the ordering process. Junglebox reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration.

Ordering The customer places their order online by completing the order form on the Junglebox.fr website. The order will be definitively recorded after payment validation. Junglebox reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are borne by the customer.
