📦 Shipping & Returns

🚚 Order Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship via:

  • Mondial Relay

  • La Poste

  • GLS

All shipments include a tracking number (sent by email) and are delivered without signature.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include:

  • Preparation and packaging costs (fixed)

  • Transport costs, which vary depending on the total weight of the parcel

Tip: We recommend grouping all your items in one order to save on shipping.
We cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each one.

Packages are carefully packed in appropriately sized boxes to ensure your items are well protected.

🏗 Delivery of Heavy or Oversized Items

For heavy items (over 15 kg) or oversized products (e.g., aquariums), shipping is handled by a specialized carrier within 5 to 7 business days.

  • The carrier will contact you within 48 hours by SMS and/or email to arrange delivery.

  • Please ensure your mobile number and email address are correctly entered at checkout.

  • Delivery is made at ground level only.

    Drivers are not authorized or insured to carry items upstairs.

  • No deliveries are made on weekends, public holidays, or evenings.

🔒 Breakage Insurance

All shipments are covered by breakage insurance, at no extra cost.

What to do if your parcel is damaged:

  1. Inspect the parcel in front of the delivery person.

  2. If there’s visible damage, refuse the entire delivery.

  3. Write the following note on the delivery slip:

    “Parcel refused – goods damaged”

  4. Confirm this by registered letter to the carrier within 48 hours.

  5. Contact us via the contact form on our website so we can send you a replacement.

If these steps are not followed, we won’t be able to process your claim.

🐠 Live Animal Shipping

Live animals are shipped separately from other items via France Express, on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

  • Special packaging: insulated box or polystyrene container.

  • In winter, a 72-hour heat pack is included in the shipping cost.

⚠️ Free shipping does not apply to live animals.

🌿 Plant Shipping

Plants are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

In case of frost or heatwaves, shipments may be postponed. You will be informed of the new shipping date by email.
