RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGE

In rare cases, the order may be returned to the sender by the carrier.

This occurs in different situations such as:

  • The carrier attempted to deliver your package to your address, but no one was present at that time to claim the package.

  • The carrier delivered your package to a pickup point, but no one came to collect it within the specified timeframe (each carrier having its own timeframe). On average, the package remains in the pickup point for a maximum of 8 days before being returned to the sender.

  • The package was refused by the recipient.

In this situation, you have a period of 30 calendar days to contact us after the return date to the sender so that we can proceed with either a new shipment (shipping costs at your expense) or a refund of the order (excluding shipping costs).

ATTENTION! Perishable products are not eligible for a refund.

For any orders of perishable products, in accordance with article L 121-21-8 4° of the consumer code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. This includes plants, floral products, and certain food products, which, by their perishable nature, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and thus do not entitle to any refund.
