Vriesea correia-araujoi is a rare tropical bromeliad native to the humid Atlantic forests of southeastern Brazil. In its natural habitat, it grows as an epiphyte on tree trunks and branches, thriving in warm, moist environments with filtered light.
This species forms a compact rosette of smooth, green, architectural leaves. Its refined shape and subtle coloration make it an attractive decorative plant, perfectly suited for tropical-style interiors or terrarium setups. It may produce a colorful inflorescence that contrasts beautifully with its foliage.
Easy to care for, Vriesea correia-araujoi prefers bright indirect light, high humidity, and a very well-draining substrate. Like other tank bromeliads, it can hold water in the center of its rosette, making watering simple and suitable even for beginners.
Compact, rare and visually striking, this Vriesea is ideal for adding an exotic touch to your interior décor or for expanding a tropical plant collection.
