Native to Sulawesi (Indonesia), where it grows in warm, humid, and shaded tropical forests.
Deep green leaves with dramatic cuts and strong texture, giving a highly sculptural and exotic appearance.
Upright and structured growth habit. Moderate growth rate, suitable for indoor tropical collections.
Thrives in bright indirect light, high humidity, and a well-draining but slightly moist substrate. Avoid direct sunlight and water stagnation.
A well-aerated mix of coconut fiber, pine bark, perlite, sphagnum moss, and activated charcoal.
Keep the substrate lightly moist without excess water.
Recommended humidity: 60% to 90%.
